Arro support
Arro is a daily ritual for families: everyone moves a little, everyone sees it, and you keep one streak together.

Getting started
How do I start a family?
Open Arro, sign in with Apple, name your family, then send the invite to your family from the app.
How do I join my family?
Ask whoever started it for the invite. Open Arro, sign in and enter the 6‑character code from the invite. Codes last 14 days; ask for a new one if yours has run out.
Does everyone need an iPhone?
For now, yes. Arro is iPhone-only.
The streak
When does the family streak go up?
On each day that everyone in the family moved, or was covered by a freeze.
What’s a freeze?
Everyone has one. If you miss a day, it’s used automatically so the family streak keeps going. It comes back 7 days after it was used.
Can I log a workout I forgot?
Yes, for today or yesterday. Nothing older, so nobody can backdate to rescue a streak. In time zones behind UTC, yesterday closes in the evening (around 8pm in New York, 5pm in Los Angeles).
Does a short walk count?
Yes. Any movement counts the same. Duration is optional and never compared.
Apple Health
How do I connect Apple Health?
In Arro, open Settings > How you move and choose Apple Health, then allow Arro to read workouts.
My workouts aren’t showing up.
Check that Arro is allowed to read workouts in the iPhone’s Settings app, under Health > Data Access & Devices > Arro. Only workouts from today and yesterday count. Opening Arro makes it check again.
I record runs with Strava, or with my watch.
If that app saves workouts to Apple Health, Arro picks them up from there. Strava can do this: turn on its Health connection in Strava’s settings.
What does Arro read from Health?
Only workouts, only today’s and yesterday’s, and it never writes to Health. See the privacy policy.
Your account
How do I leave or delete my account?
Settings > Delete account. It removes your account and your workouts, cheers and nudges. See the privacy policy.
I got a new phone.
Install Arro and sign in with the same Apple ID. You’ll be back in your family.
